What You Should Bring
We'll provide the table, chairs, tablecloth, and napkins! You'll need to bring your food and drinks. Bring a three course meal, finger sandwiches, tapas, or just desserts - it's up to you! If you're not interested in cooking, purchase a picnic package from one of our featured vendors. Feel free to also BYO wine, champagne, and/or beer. You'll need plates, glasses, and flatware to eat. Finally, be sure to bring decorations! Centerpieces, flowers, or any creative elements (flameless candles only) for your tablescape. Still not sure what to bring? Arrival & Set Up
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. (No admittance prior)
Guests should arrive promptly at 5:30 p.m. at the secret location accompanied by their Table Captain. Guests will have 45 minutes to set their table with plates, glasses, silverware, flameless candles, centerpieces, etc. Guests are highly encouraged to bring or create unique centerpieces or table themes. A grand prize will be awarded to the best individual tablescape!
Dinner & Dancing
Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.
Once all guests have settled in to place, we welcome the group and kick-start the party by collectively lifting our napkins to indicate the beginning of the dinner. Guests will enjoy their finely prepared meal with their closest friends and members of the local community. Following dinner, the dance floor opens, the music begins, and guests can socialize with friends and other attendees.
